Refund policy

At Vero Active, we take pride in creating personalized pieces made specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return policy differs from traditional retail.

Personalized Items (All Monogrammed Products):

All items featuring custom monogramming are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Each piece is made-to-order with your specific initials, making it unique to you.

Before placing your order, please:

  • Double-check your initials for accuracy
  • Review our size guide carefully
  • Contact us at hello@veroactive.co with sizing questions

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@veroactive.co with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We'll review your case and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received:

If we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Monogram:

If we made an error with your monogram (wrong letters, wrong placement, poor quality), contact us immediately. We'll replace your item at no charge. However, if the monogram matches what you entered at checkout, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
