Processing & Production Time:
All Vero Active items are made-to-order with your custom monogram. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: $10 (FREE on orders $150+)
- Delivery: 9-14 business days after production
- Total timeline: Up to 19-24 business days from order date
- Tracking provided via email when shipped
Expedited Shipping: $30
- Delivery: 3-5 business days after production
- Total timeline: Up to 13-15 business days from order date
- Tracking provided via email when shipped
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States only. International sales shipping may be available in the future.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Delays:
Production times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We'll notify you of any delays affecting your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using signature confirmation if available.
Address Changes:
Contact us immediately at hello@veroactive.co if you need to change your shipping address. Once your order is in production, we cannot guarantee address changes.
